Insurance and
payment options
During your initial visit, Dr. Bosler and one of his highly
trained assistants will review your goals and clinical needs and develop a
comprehensive treatment outline. Prior to proceeding with treatment, you will be
given a written copy of this proposal that outlines a treatment plan. In
addition, we may also suggest alternative treatments for your consideration –
plans that could save you money.
As a convenience for our patients we
have a number payment options available as well as accepting America Express,
Visa and Mastercard. These are convenient, no down payment plans, that offer a
variety of different options for every budget. From extended plans with low
monthly payments to low interest credit card type plans to interest free options
ranging from months to a year.
